Tom Brothers

Tom is the owner and President of Brothers Hearth & Home. He is a full time Anne Arundel County Fire Department Lieutenant of 21 years. He is an experienced Chimney Sweep operating in Carroll County for the past 20 years. Tom knows the ins and outs of chimneys and is a stove guru as well. He can answer all of your questions from chimney cleaning to installation of the latest chimney lining techniques. He is often referred to many insurance companies to handle any customer's needs.

Carole Brothers

Carole is the co-owner and Vice President. She is the main inside office person. She also does all of the ordering and is the primary buyer. Carole knows the furniture side of the business and has a great eye for design and color. Carole has great hearth knowledge as well and will help you find the perfect product.
Carole is very pleasant to talk to and handles all of our scheduling as well.

Ashley Brothers

Ashley is our senior sales associate, and is also Tom and Carole's daughter. She is great with customers and has both causal furniture and stove knowledge. Ashley is easy to talk to and knows sign language as well. She enjoys working with the deaf and she will work hard to give all of the customers what they need.

Paul Williams

Paul is our veteran Service Manager. He knows all of the stove products inside and out. He has worked on stoves for the past 30 years. He is a master at the stove craft and is certified to re-build many manufacturers products. He can find and fix any problem and won't give up until he has done just that. Paul is also a licensed propane gas fitter and can do almost anything. His experience is very valuable and we rely on his knowledge every day.

Chase Easter

Chase is our Warehouse Manager and go to guy for everything. He will work the sales floor, unload trucks and has great stove, grill and furniture knowledge. He will work hard to make the customers happy. He will deliver, install, or assemble anything with great care.

Kenny Gosnell

Kenny is our senior chimney technician. He has been in the chimney industry for 20 years plus. Kenny has been on top and inside more chimneys than most. Kenny is great with the customers and very thorough in his explanations and inspections.

Tony Whitcomb

Tony is the head of our installation team. He can build a house; remodel your fireplace and anything in between. He will install anything we sell and much more. From stone work to roofing to building, His workmanship is unsurpassed and he always goes the extra mile. He is eager to please all customers and is a stickler for details.
